The course is designed to help students develop interpersonal and communication skills fundamental for success in the workplace no matter what industry, organization, or sector they are employed. By completing this course, students will improve their business ethics, professional style as they study topics including polite conversation, personal appearance, office politics, diplomacy, telephone, cell phone, in addition, voicemail etiquette, the protocol of meetings and job interview.

This course will impact students’ way of communication that allows them to acquire full knowledge of daily manners in social business settings. It helps them to create an awareness of cultural differences found in different parts of the world but also to allow them to develop an appreciation and understanding of these differences to behave properly, avoid gaffes, eliminate embarrassments, and communicate more effectively with others.

The affiliated University will issue a course completion certificate on course completion and if an online exam is passed. If no exam is taken, the affiliated University will issue a certificate of course attendance.
