Ms. Hala Farhat

Ms. Hala Farhat holds an MBA degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from the Notre Dame University, Lebanon. Ms. Farhat has 20 years of teaching and lecturing experience at various universities in Lebanon. Ms. Farhat is a lecturer at Balamand University, Faculty of Business and Management. Prior to that, she was the academic coordinator and a lecturer at Sagesse University, Faculty of Hospitality Management with the academic certification of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.  Ms. Farhat also taught at Notre Dame University (Lebanon) and American University of Technology (Lebanon). Ms. Farhat acquired during her work in the hospitality industry in Canada extensive practical experience in hotels and restaurants customer service, catering operations for events and business functions, staff organizing, and working with event planners and chefs. Ms. Farhat is a consultant for several food and beverage service operations.
