Ms. Loubna Saleh

Ms. Loubna Saleh holds a master's degree in business administration from the Lebanese American University (LAU), and a bachelor's degree in management (HRM emphasis) from the American University of Beirut (AUB). She is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Resource Management and Leadership at Saint Joseph University, Lebanon.

Ms. Saleh has more than 12 years of academic experience as a lecturer, advisor and course coordinator in the Management and Marketing Studies Department teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. She is currently lecturing at Rafik Hariri University in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning & Management, Human Resources Management, Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, and Business Review.

Ms. Saleh is an experienced HRM consultant providing consultancy services in the broad areas of HR program analysis, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, and training and development. She co-authored a number of academic articles in the area of Leadership and Human Resource Management. Ms. Loubna is a guest Speaker at Networking Talks (EU Regional Network of Alumni & Young Professionals Network).
