Dr. Zoya Mollayess

Dr. Zoya Mollayess holds a DBA degree in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, a Master’s degree in public health from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from the University of Balamand, and a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.

Dr. Mollayess teaches several graduate and undergraduate management courses at the Faculty of Business & Management at the University of Balamand, Lebanon. In addition to teaching, she supervises BS and MBA theses.

Currently, Dr. Mollayess is the HR & Quality Manager at Monla Hospital, Tripoli, Lebanon, and lecturers at the Faculty of Business & Management, at the University of Balamand, Lebanon.

Dr. Mollayess has established at the Monla Hospital the HR and Quality departments and several other programs. Through effective leadership, she moved the hospital to high levels of quality of care. She is the leader of all the quality certifications ISO 9001, ISO 10002, and the national accreditation as well as Accreditation Canada. Before joining Monla Hospital, Dr. Mollayess was the Director of Tannourine Governmental Hospital, Lebanon, where she was in charge of commissioning the hospital.
