Dr. Bilal BadrThis course is an introduction to the American/Lebanese legal environment. It entails the survey of the American/Lebanese judicial system, business ethics, contract laws, business organization, and commercial agencies; all in a comparative approach.
The affiliated University will issue a course completion certificate on course completion and if an online exam is passed. If no exam is taken, the affiliated University will issue a certificate of course attendance.
