. Dr Bilal Badr holds a PhD and a master's degree in private law, a diploma in private law, and bachelor's degree in law from the Lebanese University. . Dr Bader is specialized in private international law, commercial law, civil and penal law, and has investigated the applicable law on e-commerce.
