This course is an in- depth study of accounting issues related to the measurement and reporting of assets, liabilities and income in accordance with IFRS. It enables students to evaluate and understand the financial accounting concepts and practices. The course covers: accounting conceptual framework, the use of time value of money in accounting, and the preparation of financial statements. The course also includes a detailed study of accounting for current and non current assets
