The course aims to expose students to the foundational principles, theories, and applications of corporate and business finance as well as financial management. It covers topics as simple and compound interest, risk and rates of return, time value of money, stocks and bonds valuations, discounted cash flow analysis and financial ratios.

The affiliated University will issue a course completion certificate on course completion and if an online exam is passed. If no exam is taken, the affiliated University will issue a certificate of course attendance.
