The course deals with the human resource management process necessary to run a contemporary human resource function in an organization. It is designed to familiarize students with the basic principles and techniques of human resource management. The course covers theories, policies, and practices of human resource management applied in firms. Topics covered include strategic human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit administration, and Employees Health & safety.
The affiliated University will issue a course completion certificate on course completion and if an online exam is passed. If no exam is taken, the affiliated University will issue a certificate of course attendance.
